Little moments

  • Asked for a break before it got to be too much.

  • Played chase for the first time.
  • Tried a new food.
  • Finished grocery shopping by your side instead of in the cart.

What we stand for

Our values.

Integrity

We do what is right even when it is difficult.

Compassion

We seek to understand before we seek to change.

Dignity

We believe every person deserves the right to privacy and respect.

Autonomy

We honor each person’s individuality, preferences, and right to self‑determination.

Meaningful growth

Success is not measured by conformity, but by meaningful improvements in communication, relationships, participation, safety, quality of life, and other goals that matter to the individual and family.

What we work on

Skills that make daily life easier, chosen with your family.

We do not have a fixed curriculum. What matters to your child and your household is what we work on.

Communication and self‑advocacy

Asking for help, asking for a break, and saying no in a way that gets heard. Every form of communication counts, including AAC, sign, and gesture.

Everyday routines

Mornings, meals, bath time, getting out the door. We work in the rooms where these things actually happen, at the times they actually happen.

Play, connection, and regulation

Finding what helps your child feel settled, and following their lead in play. Stimming is welcome here. We do not work on making a child look less autistic.

Getting started

Four steps, at your speed.

  1. A phone call

Tell us what is going on at home. We will tell you honestly whether we are a good fit.

  2. A visit

We meet your child where they are comfortable. No demands, no testing. Mostly we watch and listen.

  3. A plan you helped write

Goals come from your family and your child, in plain language. Nothing starts until you agree with it.

  4. Sessions at home

We come to you. You are welcome in the room, and you can change course any time.

Our practice

Three words we use, and what we mean by them.

These are not marketing terms. Each one changes what happens in your living room, so you should be able to hold us to it.

Assent‑based

Your child gets a real say, and a real no. If they withdraw their assent, we stop and change what we are doing. We never work through a child’s distress to finish a task.

Trauma‑informed

Many families arrive having had a hard time somewhere else. We assume that history is in the room, we go slowly, and we build safety before we build anything else.

Neurodivergent‑affirming

Being autistic is not a problem to be solved. We measure our work by whether your child’s life gets easier and more their own, not by whether they seem more typical.

Let’s start with a conversation.

No commitment, no intake paperwork. Just a call about your child and whether we are the right people to help.
