What this website collects, and what it does not.

This policy covers this website only. It does not cover the intake form on Passage Health, which has its own privacy policy, and it does not cover the clinical records we keep for families who become clients, which are handled separately and under stricter rules.

This website has no form

There is nowhere on this site to type anything. Our contact page is a single link to the intake form we use, which is hosted by Passage Health, the clinical platform we use for intake. That page tells you that you are leaving our website, shows you the full address you are going to, and does nothing until you choose to continue.

What you enter on that form is covered by Passage Health’s privacy policy. It reaches us so that we can call you back, and from that point it is handled as part of the records we keep for families, not as part of this website.

What this website collects

Nothing you type, because there is nothing to type into. We receive no name, email address, phone number, or message through this site. Nothing is saved to a database, written to a file on the web server, or passed to any marketing platform, advertising network, or customer relationship tool. We do not sell or rent your information, and we never will.

Your browser does not contact Passage Health while you read this site. It goes there only when you click the link on the contact page.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. There is no advertising cookie, no tracking pixel, and no analytics. We do not know how many people visit this site or what they click. The site runs no JavaScript at all.

Fonts loaded from Google

The typefaces on this site are served by Google Fonts. When your browser draws these pages it requests those font files from Google, which means Google sees your IP address and browser type, as it would for any website using the same service. We receive nothing from Google in return, and no cookie is set by it.

Server logs

Our web host records standard access logs: the IP address of each visitor, the time of the request, and which page was requested. These are created by the hosting software, are used to diagnose problems and abuse, and rotate away on the host’s ordinary schedule.

Children

This website is written for parents and caregivers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from a child through it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Because it collects nothing you type, there is nothing of yours stored here to protect. The intake form lives on Passage Health, and their policy describes how they protect what you enter there.

Changes

If we change how this site handles your information, we will change this page and update the date at the top of it.
